RETURNS FAQS

We love experimenting with accessories, and understand that you might occasionally change your mind, hence we have a flexible Returns and Exchanges policy.

Unfortunately, all items under the 'Sale' section or purchased with a promotional code are not eligible for any returns or exchanges.

Which items are eligible for returns?

If the item is not to your liking, you may return your unworn bracelets, necklaces, rings or shawls in their original packaging up to 14 days after the date of shipment to us in exchange for store credits (cost borne by customer). Unfortunately, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene purposes.

Please contact us at enquiries@theordinary.co before sending your item back.

How long do I have to return my order?

Please contact us within 14 days of the date of shipment to arrange for the return.

How do I return my order?

Please contact us at enquiries@theordinary.co before sending your item back.

If you choose to mail your item back to us via normal post, we unfortunately cannot be liable for any missing packages. We strongly recommend registering your mail to prevent such incidences from occurring. For jewelry, please send your items in the boxes they arrived in to ensure that your item is not damaged in the mail.

How long will it take for me to receive my store credits?

Do kindly give us up to 21 days to process your returns and get back to you once your item has been shipped or dropped off, and note that weekends and public holidays are not working days.

I've received an incorrect or faulty item!

Please contact our Customer Care team at enquiries@theordinary.co with:

  • Your order number (TOC-xxxxxxx)
  • The incorrect or faulty item's name
  • A description of the incorrect or faulty item
  • Supporting images

We'll get back to you within as soon as possible and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

You have 14 days after the date of shipment to notify us of the issue. If an item is broken after being worn, it is not a defect as we cannot account for how it was handled.
