We love experimenting with jewelry, and understand that you might occasionally change your mind, hence we have a flexible Returns and Exchanges policy. 

Unfortunately, all items under 'Sale' and 'Custom Jewelry' section or purchased with a promotional code are not eligible for any returns or exchanges.

Which items are eligible for returns?

If the item is not to your liking, you may return your unworn bracelets, necklaces or rings in their original packaging up to 14 days after the date of shipment to us in exchange for store credits (cost borne by customer). Unfortunately, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene purposes.

You may drop your item off at our stockist, or ship your item back to us.

If you choose to mail your item back to us via normal post, you assume the risk that the package may get lost. We strongly recommend registering your mail to prevent such incidences from occurring. Do also bubble wrap or send your items in the boxes they arrived in to ensure that your item is not damaged in the mail.

How long will it take for me to receive my store credits?

Do kindly give us up to 21 days to process your returns and get back to you once your item has been shipped or dropped off, and note that weekends and public holidays are not working days.


I've received an incorrect or faulty item!

Please contact our Customer Care team here with:

  • The order number
  • The incorrect or faulty item's name
  • A description of the incorrect or faulty item
  • Any images, if necessary

We'll get back to you within as soon as possible and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

Cost of normal mail postage will be borne by us via store credits only. You have 14 days after the date of shipment to return it to us before we deem the item worn. Please note that items broken after being worn are not considered faulty items as the customer has already used them and we cannot account for how the product was handled.
